Printing problems from Outlook, Access and Excel

Hi,

1 by 1 users are unable to printing from Outlook, Access and Excel to their
printer. Clients are working with XP-SP2(Dutch) and Office 2003(Dutch). Users
receive the message "printer not installed". Removing and installing the
printer will solve the problem but after some time the same problem occurs.
Who konows wahte the problem may be ?

Printers in our organisation are shared on an Windows 2003 server systems
with Microsoft Clustering
