Printing problems with IE 6 and Outlook 2003

Hi,
I have a user that cannot print anything from IE 6. He also can't open
links on Internet sites.

Also, he can't print emails from outlook 2003. He has to copy things from
IE and outlook, paste it into word and then print it.

Any suggestions for me?

Doesn't sound like an Outlok problem to me, more like an Internet Explorer
issue. Try asking in a group covering IE. Also make sure the driver for
the printer is the most recent for that device.
