Not sure what is the right news group to post this in, but I think am close
enough here.
We are using a hp color LaserJet 1500L.
Here are symptons:
Following first document print, the subsiquent print out are also the same
first document, rather than new document print out. Even though we have
requested 2 copies only, the machine will print multiplies of the first
document. Not allowing any further prints of continuing work.
What happens as well on the 1st print out of the day the alert Led comes on
saying there is a warning, any further printing is halted until the Go
button is pressed to proceed.
Here's what I found in the even't logs:
