Printing problems

When trying to print from Word 2007 l am getting a cover sheet (l think l can
sort this from previous threads) but the main document will not print unless
l restart the computer. l am using a Lexmark 2690. It is a laptop l use with
a gentleman l support and is not connected to the internet. Help?

Has it ever worked? Do you get any kind of error messages?

Especially since you say the laptop does not have an internet
connection, does it have the latest printer driver? What version of Windows
are you using?
