Printing Project Timeline

Hi all,

I'm trying to view several projects in Project Web Access 2003 as a single
timeline, and also I'd like to be able to print the timeline out to show
project names and percent completed. Is this possible and if so how would
this be done? Thanks.

To accomplish this, you will need to perform the action in Microsoft Project
Professional, rather than in PWA. To do so, you will need to create a
temporary master project with subprojects that are each of the projects on
which you wish to report. Hope this helps.

the other alternative to have a central custom report using ASP which
connects to the dataset through ODBC to SQL and can even broker the data to
any data consumer( Access, Excel) . This can then be centrally held and
viewed by any stakeholder with a browser.

While the back end is not documented well, this can be achieved quite easily
with some good test data and an able SQL, ASP developer. We have achieved
this with a number of customers with great results.

hope this helps, good luck
