Printing Project Web Access Documents

When we use either Print Preview or Print while viewing a Document in Project
Web Access that has been uploaded and linked to a project, all we see/get are
the PWA logo and menus, not the contents of the document. Any clues as to
what's wrong? We're using MSPE 2003 (never had a previous version).

When you click on a document in a document library, Windows SharePoint
Services should open the document in the application from which it was
created. You should use Print or Print Preview in that application. What
happens when you click on a document in your own environment? And what
version of Office are you currently using?

I'm using Office XP (others have a variety of versions in our organization).
When I click on the document, it opens in the web browser window, not in the
application. I just click on the name of the document to view it; I'm not
choosing the "Edit in..." option from the drop-down menu (which we're not
using yet because of not all having the same version and needing IT support
to load Word Add-Ins). We just want to be able to view and print the
documents (mostly Word, some Excel and Powerpoint) from PWA. Any chance of
being able to do this without viewing it, copying all, and pasting it into
the application? Thanks!
