Printing Prompts for Username/Password

At my company, we use Outlook 2007. One of our users is prompted for UN/PW
when they try to print from Outlook. This hasn't always been happening, it
just started today. Also, it doesn't happen every time they try to print. And
if they cancel the UN/PW box, it prints anyway. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I already tried deleting the Outlook profile and creating a new one.

It was the mail server however, we figured this out. It appears that when a
message is forwarded/replied to over and over, links in the email message
seem to get stuck in an authentication loop, for lack of a better description.
