Hi rawood,
Once you're happy with what you see on screen, you could do a Alt-Print
Screen. This will copy the image of the whole Access app.
In Word or Wordpad, do a Ctrl-V (Paste). This will paste the image into a
Word or Wordpad document which you can then print.
Alt-Print Screen actually works in any running application.
