Printing Question

Hello,

Have a picture I pasted into WORD 2007.

Mainly solid black, with a small percentage of white lines.

Doesn't look too good when printed.

What I would like to do is to print it reversed; in that the black area
would appear non-printed (white/clear), with the white lines now being
printed as black.

Is there an option somewhere in Word Printing that allows one to set a
reversal like this ? I looked, but couldn't find any.

Or, is it a printer option/function only ?

I'm using a Brother laser (black only) printer, but it doesn't seem to
offer an option like this.

Thanks,
Bob

You're correct, Word doesn't offer that option. The best solution is to use a graphics editor to swap black and white.

You can use Windows Paint: Open the picture file, press Ctrl+A to select the whole picture, then right-click and choose "Invert color".

Or you can download the free IrfanView (www.irfanview.com); open the picture file, click Image and choose "Negative".
