Printing question

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I am trying to make some t-shirt transfers
and I need to print the words in a semi circle from about 9:00 to 3:00 format
then I would like to insert a logo between the words. Does this make sense,

Word is not the application for this -- it's text is restricted to
horizontal and vertical. You need something like Corel or PhotoShop: an
early version, such as you find at garage sales for a dollar or two, will do
fine.

Thanks, How about MS Publisher? if so how?

Actually, you can get the text using WordArt and superimpose it over the
logo.
