Printing Question

When I send something to the printer (from any office application) there is a
"callout" that appears at the bottom of the screen that tells me that this
job has been sent to the printer and gives the document name, printer, etc.
I want to turn off this feature and not have this "callout" appear. Does
anyone know how to turn this feature off. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,

Debe Taylor

This is actually controlled by Windows and not Office. You can't disable the
printing balloon without removing all notifications. If you want to disable
all of them then take a look at this article:

That's from your Operating System, Print Server, Advanced Properties
settings.

Look up Print Server in Windows Help and Support, then follow the links
and instructions there.
