I use check boxes to select a particular service provided. The boxes show up on the print preview but when the report or form is printed, the check boxes do not show up. If I print the entire records, the boxes will show up but this is obviously impractical when only one record is needed. I'm certain this is probably easily corrected but am new to Access.
