I have created and alphabetical list of names and
addresses which is 2 columns wide. Access automatically
makes the column length 24 names per column. I want to
change it to 26 names per column. There is plenty of room
on the page. For some reason, I cannot change the margin
in Page Set Up. It keeps defaulting back to a bottom
margin of 0.55".

How can I make the columns longer to fit the page?
Thanks

Many printers (especially inkjets) can't print any closer than .55" to the
bottom of your paper. Access understands this most of the time.

Try reducing the top margin and/or use a smally font.

If you can't set the margins to a smaller value, it's
because the printer can not print that close to the edge of
the paper. If all else fails, replace your printer with one
that does not require such large margins.
