Printing Task for a day

SloopJohnB

My schedule has growing to 650 tasks over 24hours for a 14 day period
can I print out the tasks that are in a particuliar time period sa
0400am to 0400pm on day 5.

The printer setup of print between day 4 & 5 prints out the full 65
tasks while only 50 tasks happen in that date

Take a look a the Menu: Project/Filtered For ... the pre-built one
called "date range" may do what you want. If not, make your own by
pressing the "more filters" button. You to figure out the logic of a
filter that fields and filters defines what you mean by "that are in a
particular time period."

You can read all about how to use filters in Help.

Hi,

I think you would need to adjust the timescale so only a day or two shows on
it. Project will always print the whole of a page using the date range.
Otherwise do what Rob suggested and filter the Tasks first.

Hi SloopJohnB,
You can set date ranges in the Print dialog box.
Hope that helps, have fun, cheers
Michael
