printing templates

I downloaded a newsletter template from the web and now it does not show up
in print preview nor will it print. any ideas?

Is this a Word template and therefore a question for the Word newsgroup? This
is the PowerPoint newsgroup.

If it is a PowerPoint question, tell us more. How did you open the template?
