printing text box with textures

We have created some Word files with lets of text boxes.
then we have filled these text boxes with one of the
textures within word. when we print these docs from win
98 (using word 2000) the texture does NOT print. However
if we print these docs from an XP Machine (also using
Word 2000) the textures print just fine. Is there some
setting we are missing ? Prior to this project we have
always been able to print these type of docs from a 98
Machine just fine. We have tried recreating the doc and
we have tried several diff docs old and new and we have
tried several dif textures all with the same results.
Please help.

Eric,

It's most likely the printer driver. Check and update it.

Windows 98 and Windows XP will be using different printer drivers, and it's
the difference in printer driver that is making the difference. If you're
using the Windows driver, you may find one that you get directly from the
printer manufacturer will work better.
