Is there any way to print draft email and have the To: Field included using
word as your email editor? I am using office 2003

Thanks,

Unless I'm not understanding your question, just print your draft email and
as long as you have a recipient in the To: field, it should show up when you
print. It does for me.

No it doesn't show up when I print. It will show up if I change my outlook
settings from using microsoft word as my editor. It must be a setting in word
then. Do you know where I might find that setting?

Thanks,

Dean

I have no idea why it won't show. Mine shows up and I don't use Word as the
editor. I've tried it both ways, rich text, plain text. I have 2000 but
don't know if that would make a difference. I have to ask, you do have
something in the To: field, right? If nothing is there, it doesn't print
the field at all.

Yes, I have something in the to field. It will work fine if you don't use
microsoft word as your editor. I want to know how to make it work using word
as your editor.

Thanks,

Sorry I can't help. No matter what I do, I can't get it to NOT print. Must
be something about 2003.
