Printing the tracking tab for a meeting in Outlook 2003

G

grrrrrrr

I sent out a meeting request and people have responded. I need to print the
tracking tab of this for my files. How do I do this? None of the print styles
that come with Outlook 2003 (pro) have this field printing.

Thanks!

You can print the tracking info this way (but it only adds an attendees
line in the memo style of appointment prints):

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;218217

I've used this for Outlook 2000 (version 9 - same as the article) and
in Outlook 2003 (just substitute 11.0 for 9.0 and you may have to
create the Preferences key -- I did for Outlook 2003) -- may work in
other versions and no idea if any quirks will happen in non-2000
versions.

Instructions from MS (the link above):

To Control Printing of the Tracking Information
To modify the registry, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and click Run.
2. In Open, type regedit and click OK.
3. Move to the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Preferences
4. Right-click the Preferences key, point to New and click DWORD value.

5. For the new value, type PrintTrackingPref, and press ENTER.
6. Right-click the PrintTrackingPref entry and click Modify.

Set the value to 1 (one) to turn off printing of the tracking
information.
Set the value to 0 (zero) to turn on printing of the tracking
information.
7. On the Registry menu, click Exit.

Hope it works for you, too!

Do I have to reboot for this to work? It doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Thanks!
