You can print the whole screen using PrintScreen or the active window or
dialog using Alt+PrintScreen. This copies the image to the Clipboard, whence
it can be pasted into a Word document or (preferably) a graphics program
where it can be cropped or edited. Although you can manually crop the image
to show just the toolbar, you'd do better to get a dedicated screen capture
program such as SnagIt (
www.techsmith.com) for that purpose. You can copy
individual toolbar button faces through Tools | Customize. With the dialog
open, right-click on the desired button and choose Copy Button Image. This
copies the icon to the Clipboard. After you close Customize, you can paste
the image into your document or a graphics app.

Does anyone know if it is possible to print the whole screen in word or
individual images of toolbars.
