Printing to HP Officejet Pro L7580

Any report I send from MS Access 2007 to the HP Officejet Pro L7580 gets cut
off at the bottom of the report whether the data on the report is near the
margin or stops half way down the page.

I've loaded the most recent printer driver for the Officejet Pro L7580 and
that didn't fix the problem.

Does anyone know how to get MS Access 2007 to send the report to this
printer so the full report will print? I don't have problems with sending
these same reports to other printers, only the Officejet Pro L7580.

The same has been happening to us for well over a year now.

New drivers, CLEAN OS installation. Nothing has helped. We use quickbooks,
so no, it is not exclusive to Access...

I believe that it has something to do with the application not writing
something at the end of the stream. SOMETIMES I can temporarily fix it (not
always works) by drawing something like a line or box at the very end.

By doing this, the last element will be the one cut off, but the data I care
about will not.

Shame on HP for this.

Here is your solution, by no more or less than HP.

It is a hack. It works in a predictable manner. It involves using your
printer with another printer's driver (namely the Deskjet 990c).

Enjoy the solution, like I said, at least it works.

PS: I'd love to get back at them somehow for not fixing this after three
years... Maybe I'll drive over and throw some rotten eggs at their main
entrance :)
