Probably depends on the quality of the PDF writer that you are using. Is it
a freebie, low-cost or from Adobe?

Which PDF program are you using?
Does Print Preview show your diagram correctly?
How about save as graphic format, does that show correctly?
Is the printer paper size set to something reasonable?
What drawing type is it? Does this happen with all drawings?

@Paul

I am using Adobe Standard 7 writer.
Print preview is showing correctly.
Saving in graphic format is also ok.
Paper size i am using is A3.
I am working on some instrumentation diagrams which is having all the text,
shapes are in one page and drawing title block in another page in one file.
Actual drawings are A1 size.

I want to know is it required to load service packs?
Presently I am using first release version 2003 only.

I don't have Adobe here, I use ppf995 and I can't set A3 on my A4
laser printer so I can't recreate your setup but I'm thinking it might
be something to do with the mixture of sizes.
Is the title block on another page or a background page?

I use PDF995 - works fine, though it costs 10$ - we're all happy to use it.
