Printing to wrong print box

I have a situation where if one user creates a document, either word or
excel, and saves it on the network and a different users grabs it, modifies
it or just prints it it goes to the creators print box not the current user.
Any ideas? I saw a fix for something like this but it was only for 2003
versions.

Sorry, yes...we use Konica Minolta C353 printers that have print boxes on
them. Each user has their own box. This is set in the printing prefers
locally on their desktops. so user A has box #2 and user B has box #4. When
user B tries to print a doc that user A created it prints to box #2.

You need to go to File, Print, select the printer and then go to the
printer's properties to select the correct output location. This will have
to be done since the creator's printer information is stored within the Word
or Excel document.
