Printing two copies of page 3 and blank sheets

I compose a 4-page tax newsletter that is not duplexed. When I print the
newsletter, it always prints two copies of page 3 and inserts a blank sheet
between pages 1 -2 and 3-4. This is the only program in which a blank page
prints within my document. There are no blank pages in the actual on-screen
newsletter. I'm perplexed.
