printing unsent messages

How do I set up OE to print an email in the new message
window without sending the e-mail?

I can print from sent Items folder
I can print received e-mails
I just cannot print messages in progress without cutting
and pasting to another program.

you can't do that. it's not supported. read article 182977
under the knowledge base. good luck :)
