1-narrow the usage report to ONLY htm and html (not

1. Click the arrow in the Type column heading.
2. Select Custom... from the drop-down menu.
3. Specify Show Rows Where Type:
equal htm
Or
equal html
4. Click OK.
2-PRINT the report

You have to:

1. Right-click the report.
2. Choose Copy Report.
3. Start Excel
4. Paste into Excel.
5. Print from Excel.

I'd like to be able to have a complete list of my site's
pages in excel. Basically - I want to compare usage
statisics with this list so I can find out which pages are
getting no hits at all. I have been unable to find a way
to export Frontpage reports data - it sounds like the
previous posts might get me in that direction but so far
I'm stuck... Help?

You know, there's no need to merge this information in Excel. If your
"live" site has the FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions installed, you
can activate a feature called Usage Reporting that will display hit
counts in many FrontPage Reports. For more info, browse:

Usage Reports Are Empty

Otherwise, display the All Files report, right-click it, choose Copy
Report from teh shortcut menu, and paste into Excel.
