Because we cannot seem to get DHL to preprint its address forms correctly,
we decided to go order an impact printer (Epson LQ-590) and we will do our
own printing on the DHL multi-page forms. Is there any special trick to
running printed copies of the same information on say 100 continuous
multipage forms? Is it necessary to introduce an explicit form feed at
the bottom of the Word page, or is there some special option to select when
printing? And we should just specify 100 copies after verifying the
registration works?
