When printing using "memo" style, the word "UNKNOWN" appears at the top of
the first page. I've tried unsuccessfully to discover where this field may
be sourced, but have had no luck. It appears as if the "memo" style can be
used with calendar, contact and other groups. The same "UNKNOWN" word
appears in all the formats. Please advise where the source of this field may
be found. Thank you.
