Printing worksheet

When I print a worksheet, the row and column references(i.e A,B,C....
1,2,3...) are also shown at the borders.

How do I remove them from the print?

Select "File>Page Setup..."
On the "Sheet" tab, deselect ""Row and Column Headings"
