Doug Robbins - Word MVP - DELETE UPPERCASE CHARACT

If you have Word 2000 or later, you can print 2, 4, 6, 8 or 16 pages on a
sheet.

Should have mentioned that you do this via the File>Print dialog

Thanks Robins, I have WinXP laptop loaded with Word 2002. I'm able to print 2 pages on a sheet. But two pages are shrunk and got printed only on half the portion of the A3 sheet. My requirement is that two A4 sized pages should be printed on a A3 size paper with out any shrinking

Thanks in advanc

Set the paper size to A3 and use the "2 pages per sheet" setting in Page
Setup (not in the Print dialog). You'll get two pages per sheet and
shouldn't lose any of your exisiting formatting.
