Printing

I have a hp deskjet 882c printer. when I print from the
internet or print a test page it works fine, when I try
to print something from office eg.work,excel etc. it wont
print in black only colors. I have looked everywhere for
settings but I can't get it to work. Anyone have any
ideas. Thank you in advance
