In A Pickle

I am using the Microsoft office 2003 software through a college site for a
course I amt aking and cannot get the software to recogn ize my printer and
cannot seem to find a way to set my printer up in the software. Any
suggestions. I am desperate and really need help ASAP.

Hi

you need to add your printer through the operating system first ...
depending on the version of the operating system it will be something like
start / control panel / printers - add printer - you'll need to follow the
wizard and possibly need any disks that came with the printer
then once you've added your printer & set it as default
when you open up excel the printer should be there for you to print to.
