On your Windows taskbar, click on Start|Settings|Printers. Double-click on
the affected printer, select the job(s) you want to delete, click on
Document|Cancel.
Again, go Start|Settings|Printers. Right click on the affected printer, and
make sure that Use Offline is not ticked.
