How can I print the data from a work sheet as a member roster with all info
included?

Sorry, Roger. Your question makes no sense to me, but perhaps your workbook
has a print area selected? Try File-->Print Area-->Clear Print Area. Then do
a print preview and see if you can print more data.
Not sure this is helpful.

Sorry Anne: You’re right. I have a list of names and addresses and other
data in excel. I want to print for mailing all the info in columns in a word
doc to mail people who do not have excel. I’ve tried mail merge and the merge
fields command but I can’t propagate labels (not lit). I may be saving my
excel file incorrectly.

If you want a printable version of your data for people who don't have Excel,
save it as a pdf. Or, copy the data and paste into Word to create a table
which can be edited.
