Printout not centered on page

I am trying to print documents using the bypass tray on a Sharp MX-3501N from
both Word 2003 and Powerpoint 2003. The documents always end up off center -
they are off to one side and down from the top. I am also trying to find
some help regarding the printer, but I thought I would attack it from all
angles, in case there is something I can do within print properties.

If it only happens with the bypass tray and not feeding from the regular
paper tray then I would suspect the printer itself.
