Prints not proper from Outlook 2003

Hi All,

I was reported by some of my users that the prints from Outlook 2003 are not
coming properly.
When they try to print, the matter comes in very small fonts which can't
even be read. This happens randomly for any of the emails.
I can not find out what the issue could be.
If anyone can help me in this.
