privacy - clearing history of websites and files

Can anyone tell me how to delete the history of "Browsed
Pages" and "Recent Files" listed under FrontPage
2002's "Insert Hyperlinks" function? This is a privacy
issue. Please respond to my email address if possible.

under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage Explorer
