On a small network we are trying to add the usual notice
to appear at the bottom of all outgoing e-mails confirming
the confidentiality of them etc. We had this previously
but it has dropped off. Can anyone advise how to add it. I
know that when it was done originally it was done via the
server and not by use of signatures on individual PCs
