private appointments and Outlook connector

I syncronize my local Outlook calendar with my msn calendar. I share my msn
calendar with others. Marking an appointment as "private" in Outlook, then
syncronizing with my msn calendar DOES NOT mark that appointment "private Do
not display this appointment when I share my calendar" in msn. I have to open
a browser, log into hotmail, find that appointment, open it and check the
private box. Am I missing something? Can anyone help with this issue?
