Private Meeting to show Owner when booking Resources

M

I booked a private meeting in an office conference room the other day. When
I came to use the room, it was being temporarily used for storage.
My immediate reaction was why hadn't the person contacted me to ask if I
could move my meeting to another conference room. It was quite annoying.
I did a check on a colleagues calendar and realised the booking in the
conference room was marked as private and there was no way they could
determine who had made the booking.
My suggestion is that is a person makes a private booking and uses a
resource, the person's name should appear in the booking under the resource.
That way if there is a problem or conflictthat occurs between making the
booking and using the resource, the person can be contacted. At present
there is no way to do this.
