private setting

Is there any way to change the default on a contact,
journal entry, etc. from private being checked to not
being chacked? I would prefer most of my stuff to be
shared with others in the office so they know what I have
done if I am gone! Thanks!

From what I know, I think you will have to recreate your contacts and make
them not private.
