Prj 2003 - update doesn't open the files

Hello,

I have Project Server 2003.
When Project manager accept updates, the MS-Project automatically open but
the files stay close.
The Project manager should open manually the files.

Any idea ?

Are these files enterprise projects, meaning that they are stored in the
Project Server database? Let us know.
