Hi

I have the following problem. Imagine I create a simple project with only
one simple task. One resource named X will be assign 100% on this task.

I publish the project on Project Server. The resource X can enter on the PWA
timesheet its hours. The problem I have is the following :

1. How it is possible to prevent in PWA the resource to type more hours than
planned in the project task plan?

2. How it is possible to prevent in PWA the resource to type hours outside
of the date range of the task?

Is it possible? In PWA 2003 or 2007?

Vincent,
I'm afraid you can't do all what you want. Nevertheless, in PWA 2003, you
have the following parameter:
Admin / Customize PWA / Maxi number of hours...
In French : Nombre d'heures maximal pouvant être entré par jour pour une
tâche
It could be useful if you have only one task

Bonjour Gérard

C'est bien ce que je craignais. Pourtant comme un client me l'a demandé il
est vrai qu'après une réflexion personnelle cela me semble basique et
primordial comme possibilité. C'est fou que Microsoft n'y ait pas pensé...
avec l'expérience qu'ils ont du produit en clientèle!?
