According to page 77 of Project Server 2003 install guide - Note: Project Server 2003 should not be installed where Project Pro 2002 is already installed

Question: can we install Office Project Pro 2003 on same box as Project Server 2003

yes, but install Project Server first and then Project Pro 2003
