Pro 2003 server acct set up

In first setting up users, I, as the admin, ask users to go to start/MS
office/MS office tools/MS office proj server accounts/ click add and enter
account name and project server URL. Then click "test connection" this step
fails. I know the url is correct, I know the account name is
correct......ideas??

Ken:

You must include "http://" in the URL field. Did yo do that?
