Kevin
I just started in a new department, and I'm causing
problems! I'm running Win XP and Office XP, most
everyone else is running 2000.
We have several shared workbooks, and whenever I change
formulas to link to other files the mapped directory is
displayed (ie F:\Reports) instead of the actual path
(\\ServerName\Directory\Reports). Also, when other
people open the file, the path and filename is shown-
even if the file is open. In other words, if both files
are open, the formula should only read '[Filename.xls]
Tabname'!A1 . Instead, the formula
reads '[F:\Directory\Filename.xls]Tabname'!A1. This is
causing a lot of problems w/ find and replace, and making
my new workers mad at me!
Any ideas? Thank you, Kevin
