problem about importing mails

i am just start to use the Outlook XP, then how can i
import my old emails which is store in *.dbx into Outlook
XP? by the way, i just want to import some folder instead
of the whole account.

Both apps must be on the same pc.
Export frm OE to to OXP as required.

Better and eassier is to Export from Outlook Express and than later in
Outlook delete the folders you don't need.
