Problem about login and database problem in project server

Hi,

1st Problem:
------------

I am facing problem when i open my project professional to connect with
project server it is displaying Error Message

" Project was unable to log you on at this time because the Project Server
database cannot be accessed. Please try again later or check with your
Project Server administrator. (5001) "

This problem is created automatically

Second Problem:
-----------------

when the project manager approve the tasks and updates the tasks of
resources in project plan the error is generated in spooler is " DATABASE
ERROR"

pls tell me resolution of this problem
