Problem accessing Data Analysis views in Project Server

I have a user that can access PWA with no problem. However, they
get the following error message when trying to access an OLAP report
we have created in the Data Analysis section of PWA. The error
message is:

"The query could not be processed. No connection could be made
because the target machine actively refused it."

This user is coming in via a VPN connection. Other users on the
local domain have no problem accessing the Data Analysis views.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.......Thanks!
