Hi all,
Two of our users for Project Pro 2002 and Project Server are having
problems accessing some of their projects.
They attempt to open a project from Project Server, and when they
select the project, the are given with a login prompt (the one that
looks like the Web Access logon prompt). However, they cannot enter
anything into the "Username" field - it is blank and locked. Putting
their password into the password field doesn't seem to help. Both of
them are logged into the domain and have the connection set up
properly. In fact, both of them can access their other project just
fine.
Does anyone have any ideas why they might be getting this prompt in
the first place, and why they can't enter an account name (although
entering an account name probably won't even help because the projects
are owned by people with domain accounts...)
