Problem after Office 97 to 2002 (XL) upgrade

On Windows 2000 (SP3). When I open up an excel spreadsheet
I get:
Installing components for Microsoft Excel

This works fine but happens every time (even after a
reboot). Word is OK but Powerpoint has the same problem

Any ideas
